Episode 8: Make A Different Choice

What happens when we make a different choice? In this episode, I share about a few instances where I stepped out of my default mode and decided to do things differently. I also talk about using my emotions to create and learn.

Episode 7: Feelings

Today, I explore my feeling of anger with an exercise from ,"The Book of Doing and Being ~ Rediscovering Creativity in Life, Love, and Work", by Barnet Bain. Listeners can follow along and try the exercise out with one of their feelings. I'm curious to know how it goes for others!

Episode 6: It's Not Always About Action

Setting and moving towards goals is not only about action. You can create incredible results by exploring your thinking, giving yourself more down time, and being patient with your process. Try going on an idea treasure hunt, or examining where your energy is going. What if you let the process be messy and wild?
