Not only did Jonathan live the wild tour life of one of the wildest hardcore bands to ever exist, he is also a dad and a licensed therapist. Jonathan shares stories from his days with The Chariot, and then talks about what it's like to be a dad, a husband, and a foster parent. Jonathan also gets into mental health, how therapy can be a tool as we work to be the best versions of ourselves, and what the world is really looking for. Episode 24 - The Broken Nose

Welcome to the Dads Who Mosh Podcast! This week, Nate shares his story about how his nose was broken during a Missing Link set and Jesse admits that he didn't put enough sunscreen on his kids.
