This week’s guest is Fairleigh Dickinson University Provost Ben Rifkin! A Bergen County native, he shared his journey from discovering his passion for languages to spending 15+ years on the faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and what ultimately brought him back home to New Jersey. He talked about the professor who encouraged him early on and how he now strives to offer that same support to students. Rifkin is the author of several books, dozens of scholarly articles, and co-author of well-known Russian-language textbooks.
