Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2514435/fan_mail/new] Why do you feel so much pressure to figure out what’s next — especially when something in your life has just shifted? In this episode, we explore the phase most people rush through: the in-between. The moment after something no longer feels true… but before clarity arrives. This is where the urgency to “figure it out” gets loud. Where your mind tries to regain control. Where you start searching for the next step, the next plan, the next version of yourself. But what if that urgency isn’t clarity? What if it’s conditioning? In this episode, we move into a different perspective — one that invites you to stop forcing answers and start allowing your life to reorganize around what’s actually true for you now. You’ll learn: * Why clarity often doesn’t come when you’re trying to find it  * The difference between real knowing and the pressure to decide  * What’s actually happening in the “not knowing” phase  * Why rushing into decisions often recreates the same patterns  * How to begin trusting yourself again — without needing a plan  This isn’t about figuring out your next step. It’s about learning how to stop overriding what’s true — so your next step can reveal itself. COMPANION PRACTICE If this episode landed, you can probably feel it— the pressure to know, decide, or move forward…even though nothing feels fully clear yet. Stay With It is a short, body-based practice for that moment. To soften urgency. To reconnect to what’s actually true. 30. Why Everything Feels So Extreme Right Now

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2514435/fan_mail/new] There are moments when life suddenly feels very small. When your mind collapses everything into extremes: stay or leave. push harder or burn it all down. say yes or say no. figure it out immediately or fall apart. In this episode, I’m sharing vulnerably from my own lived experience over the last few days — moving through emotional flooding, uncertainty, entrepreneurship, pressure, and the very human urge to regain safety through certainty. But what I noticed was this: When I was emotionally overwhelmed, I lost access to nuance, dimensionality, and possibility. And when I stopped trying to force clarity from inside the pressure… something softened. This episode explores: – emotional flooding & binary thinking – the nervous system’s relationship to urgency – emotional authority & the wisdom of waiting – the pressure to “figure it out” – why contraction narrows perception – and how spaciousness can restore perspective, creativity, and possibility This conversation is especially resonant for emotionally sensitive people, people with emotional authority in Human Design, entrepreneurs, caregivers, and anyone navigating uncertainty or big decisions right now. If this episode resonates, I’d also love to invite you into Stay With It — a guided practice designed to help you create space inside the pressure instead of prematurely collapsing into certainty, control, or self-abandonment. 29. I Went Home And I Was Me

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2514435/fan_mail/new] There’s a subtle kind of healing that doesn’t always look dramatic from the outside. Sometimes it looks like going home… and realizing you no longer disappear into the version of yourself that was created there. In this episode, I share reflections from a recent trip to my hometown after my dad was hospitalized — and the unexpected realization that emerged while being with my family: for the first time in a long time, I felt fully myself there. I explore: * the hidden exhaustion of control * how over-preparing and emotional vigilance can masquerade as intelligence * the nervous system patterns many of us develop to stay safe * the difference between presence and hyper-awareness * softness without collapse * what it means to stay open inside difficult realities * how real transformation is often quieter and more embodied than we expect This conversation is not about bypassing pain or pretending life is easy. It’s about the subtle shift that happens when we stop internally arguing with reality — and the surprising amount of love, intimacy, and aliveness that can emerge in its place. If you’ve ever felt yourself revert in old environments, if you’ve ever mistaken control for safety, or if you’ve been sensing a quieter kind of transformation unfolding within you lately, I think this episode will resonate deeply. 27. Generator Burnout: When Satisfaction Turns Into Staying

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2514435/fan_mail/new] If you’re a Generator or Manifesting Generator feeling burned out, even though your life “looks good,” this episode is for you. In this episode, we explore Generator burnout in Human Design — not as doing too much, but as continuing to give energy to something that no longer gives energy back. This is a deep, embodied conversation about what happens when satisfaction turns into staying… and how burnout unfolds not as a sudden collapse, but as a slow disconnection from your aliveness. Inside this episode: *  The real cause of Generator burnout (it’s not what you think)  *  Why “balance” doesn’t solve burnout for Generators  *  How burnout builds in the body: from flatness → resistance → anxiety → depletion  *  The hidden cost of staying in something that no longer lights you up  *  Why “I can’t afford to leave” might not be the full truth  *  The three phases: Burnout → Regeneration → Reorganization *  How to begin reconnecting with your energy (without forcing a big life change)  This episode is not about fixing your life. It’s about remembering how your energy actually works — and gently returning to what feels true. Because you don’t burn out from doing too much. You burn out from staying where your aliveness is no longer being met. If this episode landed, you can probably feel it— where you’ve been staying in something that no longer feels alive… or saying yes to things your body has already moved on from. The Embodied Orientation for Generators is where you start coming back to that. Where you rebuild trust with your body. Start recognizing your real yes again. And let your life reorganize around what actually feels right now—not what used to. → Enter Your Orientation Here [https://www.juliebydesign.com/generator-embodied-orientation] — Designed for More is a Human Design podcast about living aligned, lit up, and free. 26. Manifesting Generator Restlessness Explained: Why You’re Designed to Move

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2514435/fan_mail/new] If you’re a Manifesting Generator and you feel restless — like you outgrow things quickly, pivot often, or lose interest faster than you “should” — this episode is for you. In this episode, we explore why restlessness is not a flaw in Manifesting Generators… but part of your design. You’ll learn:  • The difference between contraction restlessness and expansion restlessness  • Why movement is regulating for Manifesting Generator energy  • How to tell if you’re trying to escape something… or being pulled toward something  • Why you are not inconsistent — you are iterative This isn’t a strategy breakdown or a technical lesson. It’s a subtle recalibration of identity — an invitation to trust your response instead of disciplining yourself into stillness. Because Manifesting Generator, you rare not meant to stay static. You are designed to move. If this episode hit, you already know— you’ve been staying in something that’s no longer alive… or holding yourself back from something that is. The Embodied Orientation for Manifesting Generators is where you stop overriding that. Where you trust when something is complete. Follow what wants to move next. And let your life shift with your energy—instead of forcing yourself to stay the same. → Enter Your Orientation [https://www.juliebydesign.com/manifesting-generator-embodied-orientation] LET ME SUPPORT YOU These are a few places people often begin... * Some start by discovering their design for the first time → Generate Your Free Human Design Chart  [https://www.juliebydesign.com/free-human-design-chart] * Others move directly into living it → Explore the Embodied Orientations [https://www.juliebydesign.com/embodied-orientations] * And some prefer a deeper, personal exploration → Book a Human Design Reading With Me [https://www.juliebydesign.com/ignite-humandesignreading] Whether you're just getting curious or ready to go all-in – start where you are, and follow what feels most alive.
