Alex was in the Marine Corps and a Michigan native who now specializes in developing and managing short-term rentals. He served in the Marines for 4 1/2 years, stationed in Washington, D.C. as part of the Honor Guard, before leaving at 22 to pursue his career in real estate. Alex Jardon is the founder and CEO of Sargon Investments and has a goal of developing 650 cabins in the next 3 years. He is also a Guinness World Record Holder for his street magic skills, which he has been practicing for the past 15 years.

Derek Dombeck joins David Dodge on today’s show! As a successful investor, Derek has surfed the ups and downs of the market since 2003. He has years of experience in lending and investment, as well as creative transaction structuring, wholesale, flipping, and landlording. Derek co-owns a private lending company called Best REI Funding, a real estate acquisition company, and hosts three national mastermind groups called REI Circle of Trust.

Carl Fischer is a third-generation property developer and a graduate of Cornell University. While working as a rocket scientist at the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida, Carl started his investment career in the 1970s. At the moment, he serves as one of the company's principals and co-founders (dba CamaPlan). Ambler, Pennsylvania is home to the national headquarters of CamaPlan.
