Until the mid 1980s programs presented news in a more objective manner. This stemmed from a Federal Regulation called the "Fairness Doctrine [https://www.pbs.org/now/politics/fairness.html]" which was repealed in 1987 & paved the way for the biased landscape we see today. Also, news media has not been forced to comply with the Fair Packaging & Labeling Act of 1967 [https://www.ftc.gov/enforcement/rules/rulemaking-regulatory-reform-proceedings/fair-packaging-labeling-act]. Should we demand regulations requiring more objectivity in News Media? Can we demand that News be "Fairly Labeled"? Don't Insult My Intelligence... Of course we can!

In 1976 the Viking mission landed on Mars, added food to a soil sample & recorded the results as Martian microbes digested the food. Dr. Gil Levin designed the experiment & to this day shows how NASA refuses to acknowledge the discovery. DIMI NASA!

Watch out vegetarians...   Its time to get real about the so called "science" claiming that meat causes heart disease, cancer, and everything else under the sun. Unfortunately there is no hard proof that the claims are true.  Most of the studies are outdated, seriously flawed, or just down right false. The common theme is blaming meat for the bad foods that frequently accompany meat when eaten. We get into all that and more on this podcast...  sure to be controversial and generate some back lash.
