There’s no way around it! Exercise improves fitness, muscle tone, and health, but it is not the key to weight loss and certainly won’t help you lose weight fast. If you want to lose fat and not just water weight, you have to keep insulin low. Decreasing insulin will also decrease your appetite and cravings. To reduce insulin, you must go on a low-carb diet! The carnivore diet involves eliminating all carbohydrates and eating meat, eggs, fish, and cheese. This simple diet can help you lose weight fast! Intermittent fasting is the key to fat loss. It can also help with other health problems, such as inflammation, high blood pressure, diabetes, and depression. Remember, carbs block fat burning. You can lose weight without changing your diet, but it won't be much! Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 60, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. Do Chia Seeds Have ANY Benefits?

Chia seeds have been used for thousands of years. Watch this video to find out about their #1 benefit. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements. 0:00 Introduction: Chia seeds and omega-3s 1:30 Chia seeds nutrition facts 1:52 The real benefit of chia seeds 2:02 Chia seed pudding 3:32 Chia seeds and other foods for gut health In this video, we’re going to talk about some of the health benefits of chia seeds. Omega-3s have many benefits, including supporting heart health. Salmon and sardines are among the best omega-3 sources, but what about chia seeds? It’s been said that chia seeds are a better source of omega-3s if you compare them gram for gram, but they don’t contain DHA. Chia seeds contain ALA, and only 0.5% converts into DHA. Chia seeds have also been compared to eggs. An egg contains around 7 grams of protein, while chia seeds contain 4 grams. The protein found in eggs is the most bioavailable form of protein. Chia seeds contain vitamin E, vitamin C, B vitamins, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, and magnesium. Research suggests that chia seeds are cardioprotective, help lower blood pressure, benefit your brain, and can even help thin your blood. Chia seeds contain soluble fiber, which is the most significant benefit of consuming them. To make a healthy chia pudding: 1. Mix 2 tablespoons of chia seeds with ½ cup of milk or unsweetened almond milk. 2. Stir the mixture until the seeds swell and form a gel. 3. Add kefir, berries, Greek yogurt, coconut cream, or nuts. The gel that forms when you mix chia seeds with liquid is an excellent food for your microbiome. Chia seeds can help with gut inflammation and constipation. They’re also very low in lectins. Chia seed gel contains polyphenols—plant chemicals that benefit your microbes. A healthy microbiome supports your mood, energy levels, and overall health. Consume chia seeds, fermented vegetables, sauerkraut, pickles, and kimchi regularly for a healthy microbiome. The #1 Nighttime Benefit of Apple Cider Vinegar That HARDLY ANYONE KNOWS

Apple cider vinegar is one of the simplest, most inexpensive natural remedies that can make a huge difference in your health. In this video, I’ll cover 7 health benefits of apple cider vinegar that can make a difference tonight! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Introduction: ACV benefits 0:10 Acetic acid and insulin resistance 1:26 Apple cider vinegar for digestion 3:28 ACV for weight loss 4:50 ACV for energy 5:52 Try apple cider vinegar at night! Check out 7 amazing apple cider vinegar benefits that can improve your health starting tonight! 1. Healthy blood sugar levels The main ingredient in apple cider vinegar is acetic acid, which can stabilize blood sugar when you go to bed. ACV can significantly improve insulin resistance. It slows the breakdown of sugar and starches to reduce the insulin spike after eating. 2. Better sleep One to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before bed can help you sleep better. 3. Improved digestion Apple cider vinegar can reduce bloating and improve digestion. This can improve sleep and eliminate heartburn at night. 4. Improves mineral absorption Apple cider vinegar can improve the absorption of important minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, and potassium. It can alleviate symptoms of magnesium deficiency like tetany or leg cramps by improving magnesium absorption. If your stomach is too alkaline, mineral absorption will be inhibited. 5. Weight loss ACV helps you lose weight by increasing insulin sensitivity and improving insulin resistance. 6. Improved liver detoxification ACV can improve liver detoxification and increase the release of bile. Bile improves the digestion of fat. 7. ACV for fuel The body can use acetic acid as fuel. This won’t keep you up at night because it takes a good amount of energy to sleep restfully! Try mixing 1 to 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar into a glass of water. Drink this mixture with a straw to protect your teeth. Comment below and let me know what benefits you see! The MOST Perilous Diseases that Don't Show Symptoms

Many chronic diseases have no symptoms for 15 to 20 years! Common diseases like type 2 diabetes, liver disease, and kidney disease often have no warning signs until they’ve significantly progressed. Discover the top diseases with no symptoms and learn how to avoid them. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: Dangerous diseases with no symptoms 2:04 High blood pressure and type 2 diabetes 3:52 Liver disease and kidney disease 4:38 Low vitamin D 5:30 4 habits to avoid and reverse silent diseases Did you know that it can take 10 to 20 years to develop high blood pressure and around 15 to 20 years for type 2 diabetes? Over 75% of your liver could be damaged before you experience symptoms from liver disease, and you can run your body on one kidney, making kidney disease equally difficult to detect. You won’t notice any symptoms from atherosclerosis until 70% of your artery is blocked, and stage 4 colon cancer is sometimes discovered with no symptoms at all! Instead of addressing the root cause of these chronic diseases, doctors will typically prescribe medication to manage the symptoms that occur later on. Before you develop type 2 diabetes, high levels of insulin keep your blood sugar normal for many years. Most people don't notice symptoms other than belly fat and fatigue, but eventually, your pancreatic cells fail to produce insulin. Low vitamin D is not a disease, but it can put you at risk for many different health conditions, including cancer, autoimmune diseases, and cardiovascular disease. Vitamin D helps increase nitric oxide to support healthy blood pressure, and also supports insulin function and sensitivity. The following 4 habits can help you avoid and reverse these asymptomatic diseases. 1. Exercise Try walking after eating. Hypoxia training can also have significant health benefits. 2. Low-carb diet and intermittent fasting Aim for 1 to 2 meals daily to improve insulin resistance and its associated health conditions. Do Healthy Keto® and intermittent fasting the right way; this FREE guide makes it easy: https://drbrg.co/4pSGvcS 3. Get more sleep Try to get an additional 30 to 60 minutes of sleep each night. 4. Spend more time outside Take walks in nature and get plenty of sun for dramatic improvements in your health. Let's talk about salt sensitivity and the dangers of consuming too much salt. Consuming too much sodium can lead to certain health problems, including: • Heart disease • High blood pressure • Stroke • Edema • Increased mortality The body tends to hold sodium when a person has a potassium deficiency. You can even have salt sensitivity, which causes you to retain sodium and water. But, again, this could be caused by a potassium deficiency. Sodium and potassium work together in the body. The daily requirements for sodium are 2300 mg, but the daily requirements for potassium are 4700 mg. You really need twice as much potassium as sodium. Many people aren't consuming enough potassium in their diet but consume a lot of sodium. A genetic problem can also cause some people to be salt sensitive. I believe one of the best things you can do for salt sensitivity is to increase your potassium. I don't think a low-salt diet is the answer. You don't want to end up having a potassium deficiency and a sodium deficiency. You need sodium and potassium to support the body in many different ways. If you're deficient in these key electrolytes, you could experience arrhythmias, fatigue, and weakness. Overall, you need sodium, but you need a lot more potassium.
