Chia seeds have been used for thousands of years. Watch this video to find out about their #1 benefit. Omega-3s have many benefits, including supporting heart health. Salmon and sardines are among the best omega-3 sources, but what about chia seeds? It’s been said that chia seeds are a better source of omega-3s if you compare them gram for gram, but they don’t contain DHA. Chia seeds contain ALA, and only 0.5% converts into DHA. Chia seeds have also been compared to eggs. An egg contains around 7 grams of protein, while chia seeds contain 4 grams. The protein found in eggs is the most bioavailable form of protein. Chia seeds contain vitamin E, vitamin C, B vitamins, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, and magnesium. Research suggests that chia seeds are cardioprotective, help lower blood pressure, benefit your brain, and can even help thin your blood. Chia seeds contain soluble fiber, which is the most significant benefit of consuming them. To make a healthy chia pudding: 1. Mix 2 tablespoons of chia seeds with ½ cup of milk or unsweetened almond milk. 2. Stir the mixture until the seeds swell and form a gel. 3. Add kefir, berries, Greek yogurt, coconut cream, or nuts. The gel that forms when you mix chia seeds with liquid is an excellent food for your microbiome. Chia seeds can help with gut inflammation and constipation. They’re also very low in lectins. Chia seed gel contains polyphenols—plant chemicals that benefit your microbes. A healthy microbiome supports your mood, energy levels, and overall health. Consume chia seeds, fermented vegetables, sauerkraut, pickles, and kimchi regularly for a healthy microbiome. Today I’m going to cover the worst mistake people make when dealing with constipation and what to do for constipation. Constipation is congestion in your gut—you have too much stool. Fiber increases stool volume. Fiber also causes your microbes to create fermentation, which leads to gas and bloating. Some studies suggest that consuming fiber can even worsen conditions like chronic constipation or SIBO. The biggest mistake people make when dealing with constipation is consuming more fiber. How to deal with constipation naturally: 1. Reduce your fiber 2. Talk to your doctor about whether or not it’s a side effect of a medication (and what to do if it is) 3. Consume vitamin B1 4. Lower your stress 5. Take bile salts 6. Take a probiotic 7. Do intermittent fasting 8. Consume a moderate amount of protein 9. Consume betaine hydrochloride and apple cider vinegar 10. Huge Pharma Pays Huge $$$ to Social Media Influencers (You'll Never Guess Who)

Your favorite social media influencers might be under the influence. Discover the truth about Big Pharma and the social media influencer marketing corruption tactics they use to spread health misinformation online. Don’t let Big Pharma influencers affect your health choices! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: Big Pharma exposed 0:55 How Big Pharma buys influencers 1:24 Big Pharma corruption and lack of trust 2:24 How Big Pharma controls the media 7:11 How to identify health misinformation online 11:36 Myth-busting online Did you know that Big Pharma and Big Food buy social media influencers? These social media health gurus influence what you eat, the decisions you make about your health, and attempt to invalidate other health influencers and information. As Big Pharma loses public trust, it turns to social media influencers to try to regain it. Since 2000, penalties for Big Pharma have totaled over $126 billion. Sixty billion of that was related to patient injury and harm. Modern medicine, with the help of Big Pharma, has shifted its focus from health to profit. Approximately 90% of the media on TV is funded by Big Pharma. This is also true for digital marketing. On average, social media influencers are paid $20 to $25 per 1,000 views. If that influencer has more trust, they can make 8 to 12 times this amount. Based on my trustworthiness and credibility, I could be paid between $250,000 and $500,000 for a 60- to 90-second post. Big Pharma goes through PR firms to connect with social media influencers. These influencers are required to disclose that they’re being paid, but many of them do not. People like Dr. Mike recommend medicine and vaccines yet claim Big Pharma is not paying them. Dietitians for larger agencies, such as the American Beverage Association and the Canadian Sugar Institute, have gotten into trouble with the FTC for being paid to share dietary advice without disclosing their financial ties. It’s often difficult to determine whether Big Pharma is influencing health information online, but examining the intention can sometimes help. Are they recommending fewer ultra-processed foods and chemical drugs, or more? Check out their funding. Is it coming from Big Food or Big Pharma? This is a big sign that they’re being influenced. Today, I want to talk about why you should take your time and consider all viewpoints before deciding to get a hysterectomy. Hysterectomies are the second most common surgery performed on females. But, in my opinion, the majority of hysterectomies are unnecessary. Potential side effects of a hysterectomy: 1. Negative changes to your figure 2. Low back pain 3. A leaky bladder 4. Loss of libido 5. Fluctuating emotions 6. Fatigue 7. Increased risk of fractures 8. Increased risk of all-cause mortality, including coronary heart disease 9. Increased weight gain A few main reasons people choose to get a hysterectomy are because they have fibroids, endometriosis, cancer, or heavy cycles. However, there are natural things you can try for some of these issues. Alternative things you can try: 1. Black cohosh 2. Avoid soy 3. Avoid dairy 4. Lower your carb intake 5. Avoid endocrine disruptors 6. Consume more cruciferous vegetables 7. Take vitamin D If you’ve already had a hysterectomy, you may want to try the above tips and take a product called Utrophin PMG by Standard Process. If you’ve had your ovaries removed, you may also want to take Ovatrophin PMG by Standard Process. Osteoporosis is not simply a calcium deficiency. Bones store calcium, phosphorus, and more than half of the body’s magnesium. Magnesium helps regulate calcium, supports vitamin D function, and plays an important role in bone health. One of the most common factors associated with osteoporosis is elevated parathyroid hormone related to low vitamin D. Low magnesium can also affect parathyroid hormone. Some people have normal calcium levels but still develop severe osteoporosis, showing that bone density and bone strength are not always the same. Magnesium deficiency is difficult to detect with a standard blood test and may go unnoticed until it becomes more severe. Chronic stress and certain medications, including prednisone and proton pump inhibitors (PPIs), may also affect bone health. If you have osteoporosis, getting enough magnesium is important. Focus on magnesium-rich foods, magnesium glycinate, vitamin D, and vitamin K2 to help support healthy bones and maintain bone density.
