What do you think the most dangerous food in the world is? Find out! DATA: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3704564/ 0:00 Introduction: What is the most dangerous food? 0:28 Why this is the most dangerous food in the world 6:10 The most dangerous food in the world 8:53 Check out this video on the healthiest foods! Today, we're going to talk about the most dangerous food you can eat and what makes it so dangerous. Factors that make this the worst food in the world for your health: 1. It combines starch and fat under high heat • This creates advanced glycation end products, which affect your eyes, brain, heart, and kidneys. 2. Hydrogenated oils • This contains trans fats, which affect your cells, harden your arteries, and may increase your risk for cancer. 3. Acrylamide • This is a neurotoxin that has been linked to Alzheimer's. 4. Sugar • Sugar can lead to many different health problems. This food may contain sugar, beet sugar, dextrose, or maltodextrin. All of these types of sugars are very dangerous. 5. Glyphosate • I believe glyphosate can potentially alter a person's microbiome and may lead to negative health effects. 6. Seed oils • These oils are very inflammatory. 7. Ketchup • Ketchup contains high fructose corn syrup, which can lead to fatty liver and insulin resistance. It also has corn syrup, modified corn starch (MSG), and soy oil. You probably guessed it—the most dangerous food in the world for your health is French fries. Symptoms of cognitive decline can begin long before a person develops dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. In the early stages, you may experience a loss of brain energy, a buildup of protein in the brain, and shrinkage of the hippocampus. At this point, most people are not experiencing obvious memory loss. By stage 3, you may start to notice difficulty remembering names, decreased learning ability, and other subtle signs of cognitive decline. These early symptoms can begin as early as your 30s and 40s. Alzheimer’s disease is often described as type 3 diabetes because it involves insulin resistance in the brain. Even though plenty of glucose is available, your neurons can no longer access and use that fuel efficiently. If you need to eat frequently to avoid irritability, fatigue, or brain fog, it may be an early sign of blood sugar problems and insulin resistance. High blood sugar and chronically elevated insulin can deplete vitamin B1, reducing the brain’s ability to produce energy. A diet high in sugar and refined carbohydrates can increase the risk of vitamin B1 deficiency. One of the most important things you can do for dementia prevention is to reduce your sugar and carbohydrate intake. Benfotiamine can help support brain health, but it will not be nearly as effective if you continue consuming a high-carb diet. When new research is presented, it’s important to look beyond the headlines. Read the study carefully, see what the researchers are actually comparing, and ask questions like who funded the research. Eggs contain more than 850 proteins and are one of the richest dietary sources of choline. Just two eggs provide about 300 mg of choline. Choline is an essential building block for acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that supports communication between neurons. Many Alzheimer’s medications work by slowing the breakdown of acetylcholine. Eggs also contain lutein, another important nutrient that supports brain health and cognitive health. Eggs are true brain food, providing high-quality protein, choline, lutein, B vitamins, folate, iodine, selenium, trace minerals, and omega-3 fatty acids. These nutrients support brain health and may play a role in dementia prevention.
