Not after Hardship-with Hardship

episode Not after Hardship-with Hardship cover

Description

In this episode, we dive into a beautiful lesson from Surah Ash-Sharh — the verses we always hear: “With hardship comes ease.” But many of us misunderstand it. The ayah doesn’t say after hardship. Allah says with hardship. Meaning, inside your struggle, there is already ease — tiny mercies, hidden strength, soft moments, silent help, and unseen blessings that Allah places right there in the middle of the difficulty. Today, I’m reminding you to look around and notice the ease Allah has already given you. Because you are not waiting for ease — you are walking with it. May Allah open our eyes to His mercy and make our hearts gentle and grateful. Ameen 🤍

To love Allah, You Must Know Him

In this episode, we talk about a beautiful reminder: You cannot love Allah if you don’t know Him. Just like in life — you only love people after you truly know their hearts — our love for Allah grows when we learn His Names, His attributes, His mercy, His wisdom, and His gentleness with us. Many of us mistake tests as punishment. But Allah is not like people — He does not hurt you out of anger or hate. Allah says in the Qur’an: “What would Allah gain by punishing you if you are grateful and believe?” (Qur’an 4:147) Hardship is not rejection. Hardship is purification, elevation, and love. The more you know Allah, the more you trust Him — and the more you trust Him, the more you love Him. May Allah make our hearts truly know Him and love Him deeply. 🤍 Check out the series on YouTube: Names and Attributes of Allah by Usthadh Hashim
