What are war crimes? How do we prosecute them? There is a lot of talk about this lately and it's worth looking at. The people discussed in this episode, unlike alot of the crimes we talk about here, no one has been arrested or prosecuted, these are just conversations taking place in the International courts. Everything discussed is alleged, and while there is substantial evidence for each, these are some of the most difficult to hold people to account for.
