Is It Depression Or Lack Of Expression?

In this episode, I explore the moments when irritability, restlessness, and those unexplained waves of low mood are actually asking of me to express rather than fix or regulate. I've been noticing how these feelings work as cues, calling me back to expression, to creating, to using my voice. Through a relational lens, I share how these feelings aren’t a punishment for not being or doing enough.
