Turn a Negative Morning Into a Positive Day

Today we are back and ready to take this negative morning and turn it into a positive! I don't know about you but I know I have personally woken up and just really been frustrated about having to get up! I want to sleep in and sleep longer it feels so good but we all know that sometimes we just have to do the things that are hard like get up because we have school or work or whatever other appointment there may be.  So today when it is one of those harder mornings we are going to work through it together as we are reminded we have the power to turn one horrible moment into a day full of positive moments! Let's Learn To Control Our Breathing

Today's episode was really fun to make! We are going to practice together in real time controlling our breathing through a few different exercises. We are going to learn the importance of this tool and learn how to master it!! If your kids struggle with strong emotions this episode is going to help them learn to take control! Maybe your kids do not struggle with emotions but love sports or singing; learning to control your breathing can help with all of these things even anxiety before tests or speaking in the classroom! How Others Impact Our Open Mind

Embrace Exactly WHO YOU ARE

To embrace exactly who you are is a power we could all use!! Unfortunately we tend to not use this power and we give others the power to tear us down instead but that ends TODAY!! This episode is exactly the spice and encouragement our kids need to step into their confidence! You are going to want to listen to this if you have kids that are doubting themselves or are highly focused on what everyone else is thinking about them. Obviously them hearing this one time is not going to change anything but if you can play this multiple times maybe make a daily ritual before school out of it; try to say things similar to what is said in this episode and breathe it into them their subconscious is going to start to form a small belief to it and it will begin to become apart of them a super power they have always had but continue to not use will now be the number one tool in their toolbox!
