episode Episode #1 of Many cover

Description

This was my first attempt at posting the audio file and it was too large, I learned the lesson that is dont post audio files longer than 250 mb to anchor and use their recording feature that way you dont have to deal with 3rd party audio converting websites that will cost you a fortune for a simple audio conversion. Welcome to the e-Social Project #1   This episode covers the new business opening here in Rancho Cucamonga that I think a lot of us are interested in finding out how good it will be (Longhorn Steakhouse on Foothill and Daycreek). I cover how I dislocated my small toe in Jiu-Jitsu at Millennia MMA Gym  I also talk about UFC 248 as well as my nervousness regarding the coronavirus.   Hope you enjoy,   Eli Rivera

My Thoughts On Overthinking, Feeling Behind, Following The Process, Pounding The Market Place

Podcast Recap: -Stop Overthinking the negative, and when you get in your mind, try to do something or move around to get it off your mind, my friends. -Feeling like you are behind is good because it will motivate you to keep pushing forward but I want you to know that if your feeling like your behind to the point where it is depressing you and not letting you move forward towards your goals then I would take a step back and appreciate how far you've come, now this doesn't mean to be complacent, which leads me to the next point... -Follow the process, if your boss tells you to do something or your trainer or mentor lays out a plan for you, FOLLOW IT, even when you don't want to because I can promise you that if you were to choose between following the process and sitting around sad because you feel behind, EVERY SINGLE TIME (Following the process) will get you closer to the end goal... you feel me. -Lastly, listen to some podcasts when you're sitting around bored, pound the marketplace, and hmu if you want to be interviewed on The eSocial Project. Deuces, Eli Rivera
