A raw and vulnerable look into Bentley & me's connection this lifetime. In this episode, I open up about the story of my sweet soulmate of a dog & losing him so suddenly a few weeks ago. We traveled all over the country together, always just him & I.  He taught me life lessons that led me towards my soul's purpose. He was my anchor through my darkest days & the days I opened my own business. My light and reason for the past 10 years.  This dog will always hold a sacred place in my heart and I am eternally grateful for the life we led together. This episode will hopefully bring someone else peace and freedom who either has lost a pet or eventually will. And to the people who knew Bentley, this episode will make you smile :)

In today's episode, we dive into the 7 universal principles of Hermetic philosophy! These principles provide a master key to how life and energy works and manifests across the physical, mental and spiritual planes. This wisdom helps you become a Master Life Alchemist :)  The 7 principles are 1. Mentalism  2.  Correspondence  3. Vibration 4. Rhythm 5. Polarity  6. Causation   7. Gender  Hermetic Alchemy is ALL about the transmutation of mental vibrations, which is simply shifting one mental state into a higher frequency one. When we can master our mental vibrations through understanding these principles, we become an even greater co-creator of our desired realities.

Throughout the episode, you will gain self-awareness to what your standards are while reflecting on what in your current life is or is not meeting them. 1) Awareness of what your standards and values are first and foremost! 2) Understand that sometimes energy just doesn’t align. We are all pure energy and frequencies are either in harmony or disharmony.  3) Valuing peace and yourself over attention. PATIENCE. 4) You attract what you allow in your life. Things and people only exist in your created reality if you allow them to. 5) Understand you block what’s for you by entertaining what’s not for you. When you play stupid games you win stupid prizes.  6) If it makes you anxious or confused, it’s not for you. Alignment bring peace and stability.  7) Learning to say no to things you don’t want to do. 8) Boundaries and not giving grace when someone intentionally disrespects them. 9) Being embodied and empowered across your mind, body, and soul.  10) Just because someone meets one of your standards or values on your list, does not make them what you desire.  11) Listen to what people say. People expose themselves.  12) Regulate your nervous system. The ability to say no to things that don’t meet your standards and values not only takes deep self-worth & awareness, but empowerment. Walking away from things that don’t meet your standards makes space for more abundance & alignment to enter your life. When you desire to move into higher frequencies, you must remove energies (people, places, things) that are not in harmony with that freqeuncy.
