Stop Giving God What His Son Already Gave You

You've been trying to give God enough..More discipline. More sacrifice. More effort. Negotiating with him — if I give this up, if I commit to this, if I stop doing that — maybe then he'll be satisfied. Maybe then he'll finally show up. But Genesis 22 reveals something that most Christians completely miss when they read the story of Abraham and Isaac.God never wanted the sacrifice. You Don't Heal By Being More Loved By The World

Your whole life you've been trying to heal by becoming more loved.. By the right person. The right relationship. The right amount of success. The right version of yourself that finally feels worthy enough. And it never works.
