Beschreibung

Cynthia Bourgeault, a modern-day mystic, Episcopal priest, writer, and internationally known retreat leader, teaching and spreading the recovery of the Christian contemplative and Wisdom paths. In this podcast Cynthia offers another teaching on the 50 Thin Days of Easter, the Easter-tide days between Easter and Pentecost, particularly focusing on the final days of Ascension leading to Pentecost. Cynthia invites us to honor the energy of PENTECOST, learning what it means to be a human being with roots planted in resurrection life. The Holy Spirit comes down, affirming once again that the divine is not done with this world of form, as crazy as it may be. "Love calls us to the things of this world"... so we can allow the subtle to come down, like Jesus did, like the Holy Spirit did, and flow out into this world in form, infused and suffused, with the radiance that comes from this lighter living.   For more information about Moravian University School of Theology Spiritual Direction Certificate Program:   https://www.moravian.edu/school-theology/academics/certificates [https://www.moravian.edu/school-theology/academics/certificates] Music by Robert Long: robertjohnlong@gmail.com [robertjohnlong@gmail.com]
