Flip The Script Palestine is a series of conversations that celebrate the rich multiplicity of Palestinian identities and explore the stories of anti-occupation activists. They are an invitation to learn, unlearn and explore different forms of intersectional solidarity and resistance. Today's guest is the Israeli anti-Zionist, anti-apartheid activist Yuval Gal Cohen. She has taken part in different initiatives in Israel-Palestine such as the anarchist collective "Food not Bombs TLV", military service refuser network "Mesarvot" and in the Jewish-Palestinian organization "Windows - channels for communication". After moving to Leipzig, she co-founded the initiative "JID - Jüdisch-israelischer Dissens", a network of Jewish Israeli anti-occupation activists striving to change the German discourse about Israel-Palestine. She also co-founded "Solicrew Leipzig", a collective that organizes fundraising events for local and international causes, focusing on queer communities of color.
