I  meant to record this a week ago but life got crazy so this podcast is an update on my hectic life! Don't worry its all up from here. I talk about why I like podcasts over YouTube videos and we also get deep and talk about anxiety and depression. I have had anxiety for a very long time and this is the first time I am talking about it publicly. My life's a mess kinda like this podcast lol. In this podcast I talk about what to except, why I wanted to start a podcast, and how the past couple days have been a mess. This is my first podcast ever so it's not the best but I  promise I  will get better and figuring this whole podcast stuff out!
