Bawa is from India and moved to Canada a few years ago to study tourism. After completing his degree and attaining his work permit as per the prgramme it was suddenly retracted citing a requirement for him to complete an IELTS English exam. After doing so and waiting for that work permit to be reinstated Bawa has been unable to work for the last 9 months and is now stuck living out of his car to survive. We chat about his story of coming to Canada, how and why this situation came about and what his future looks like. Sorry the lighting is shit haha. Tami Knight: What did Squamish Climbing look like back then?

Tami Knight is a Squamish climbing legend and was a prominent Squamish climber through the 80's, some of the routes she put up include Crime of the Century, Grub Street & Cat Crack. Since this time, Tami has been drawing cartoons that illustrate the shenanigans of the climbers around her, her book Secret Plans, Vol III is a fantastic collection of her works. Tami and I chatted about the changes of Squamish over the years, the development of Squamish climbing and her own experiences here. She is ridiculously knowledgeable and has lots to share! Trevor McDonald: New Routing, Anvil Island, The Squamish Scene through the 90's & 00's, Adventuring with Friends & Family

Trevor is a well-known figure around Squamish. He has done tons of development in the Sea to Sky corridor and throughout the Howe Sound including the famed Anvil Island. Trevor is full of stoke for any adventure and has climbed, paddled and more around the world. We chat about new routing in The Howe Sound and the development of Anvil Island, all done via boating or paddling, the Squamish scene and how its developed over the years. I also heard about a trip Trevor took with his mates up to The Vampire Spires & The Cirque of the Unclimbables. A big theme for me during this experience was how much joy exists in simply adventuring with your mates. That's what it's all about. Cheers Trevor.
