Description

About Bryan Yates If you're looking for a standard executive coach to optimize your workflow, I'm probably not the right fit. I don't come from HR or corporate theory. I come from Production. I'm a former Disney producer who coaches. That means I'm always moving you toward the version of the movie you're already playing in your head. You know the one. Not the idealized blockbuster, but the grounded reality where the dialogue is clear, the scene has purpose, and the other characters move differently because you are moving differently. I help you work backward from that vision to make it real. The Lens That Shapes My Work People don't hire me for my résumé. They hire me for how my experiences shaped the way I listen, the way I see, and the way I partner into their challenges. My capacity to do this was forged in some strange places: Working with thousands of Holocaust survivor testimonies at Steven Spielberg's Shoah Foundation trained me to listen for what's not being said. Leading creative and technical teams at Disney taught me how to deliver complex ideas with emotional clarity. Building (and eventually ending) a boutique fitness brand taught me how to navigate the fallout when business gets personal. My actual coaching career started on the road—as a cycling coach for executive athletes. I've ridden over 100,000 miles, often pulling others through climbs they didn't think they could finish. That shows up in my work now: Pacing. Pressure. Positioning. Knowing when to push and when to recover. More importantly, it taught me to read the body language of "I can't." I've learned that "I'm fine" usually hides a very different truth. Website: https://locomotivcoaching.com [https://locomotivcoaching.com/]

Gina Gardiner & Friends with Dr Noah St John on Zero Friction

Noah St John https://noahstjohn.com [https://noahstjohn.com/] I grew up poor in a rich neighborhood. (Yes, cliché, but totally true.) You see, I was raised in a little town called Kennebunkport, Maine—one of the wealthiest communities in New England—but my family was dirt poor. My earliest childhood memories are of my parents arguing. About what? You’re right—money (and the fact that we didn’t have any). I hated that life of poverty, fear, and not-enoughness. That’s why, from a very young age, I began a lifelong quest to answer the question: “What’s the secret of success that highly successful people are keeping from the rest of us?” One day I was browsing in my church bookstore when an audiotape set fell off the shelf and landed at my feet (I swear I’m not making that up). The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey.  I listened to it over and over again. I decided to become a speaker and author, so I could help people transform their lives around the world. But I didn’t know how to do that yet. Then in 1997, I had two epiphanies that changed my life… The first was “The Shower That Changed Everything” when I discovered my AFFORMATIONS® Method. You can learn more about AFFORMATIONS at Afformations.com [https://afformations.com/]  My second epiphany was when I discovered the condition of SUCCESS ANOREXIA that causes self-sabotage and the “foot on the brake” syndrome. You can learn more about SUCCESS ANOREXIA at PowerHabitsBook.com [https://powerhabits.com/]
