Thankful, Grateful, and Messy

On this weeks episode, Kaila talks about the weekend trip with her family and ex, while sharing a cabin in Gatlinburg. Kaila and Kaelynn then discuss their holiday plans, traditions, and how they make Thanksgiving special with their families. This week the ladies talk about Kids YouTube and how ODD some of these new videos are that are “for kids” and balancing between “Bad Momming” and “Fun Parenting.” Kaila brings up some uncomfortable feelings about being in a parenting role and how young kids are having “boyfriends and girlfriends” and Kaelynn brings up her opinion where that standard comes from. They both share how they want their kids to be kids as long as possible. Get Bent Babe

This week Kaila and Kaelynn come together and talk about juggling motherhood and the unrealistic expectations set for us. And the solitude vs loneliness when it comes to others not understanding her point of view since she’s recognized having Post Partum depression and growing into herself. Kaelynn talks about choosing to build relationships with people who align with her way of thinking to build stronger friendships. They also talk about how accountability sucks and we have to stop deflecting and start dealing with what we did and we feel.
