So you hate the way you look in photos…. Take a group picture you either avoid the photo as a whole or you tell people to delete the photo Did you ever think that…you should be thanking your friends for taking that photo? That you should actually see the way your looking now as opposed to what you used to look like It’s a wake up call!!! Meaning it’s time for you to make some changes in your body You should not be embarrassed with the way you look at photos… You should be proud of the man your seeing every day looking in the mirror not the other way around So here’s 3 action steps to take to improve what you see in the mirror 1. Eat in a calorie deficit, to help drop the body fat 2. Start weight training 3-5 x a week 3. Walk at least 8k-10k steps a day to start burning more calories throughout the day After 90 days of this you’ll start noticing differences in your face , and the way you look in pictures
