In the city of Brawley, CA, 4 young lives were lost this week in a tragic accident. I'll share my thoughts on how the community is coming together to help the families affected & explain a little bit about why this podcast exists. I hope & pray that those hurting will find some comfort in this episode, as well as the previous episodes & new ones to come soon.

Birthday Wisdom

Life-Grief

True or False: we only grieve over dead people. Answer: False While maybe you don't know what it's like to grieve over someone who has passed away, it's more likely that you've experienced grief at least once in your life. Rough break-up? Big let down in life? Car accident? Favorite show canceled? Big or small these may seem to you, it could be someone's reason to grieve. Let's talk a little bit about the classic 5 stages of grief and how they can apply to more than the loss of a loved one. Who knows, maybe you're grieving right now & didn't realize it!
