Now, he is a full-time public speaker, podcast host, and founder of the clothing brand Not Alone  - Which is dedicated to mental health awareness.   In this episode, the boys discuss their hockey careers,  the lessons that they learned from playing team sports, and what needs to change within the hockey world. They also dive deeper into the incredible work that Tyler is doing via his willingness to share his story. Tyler talks about how he deals with trauma, grief, and much more!
