In this episode, I go deep into what makes you confident, how to raise your self-worth and live a life from love, not fear. Self-worth and confidence are close to each other, it is built through repetition, taking uncomfortable action, staying authentic to who you are, exploring in solitude to know about yourself, being aware and mindful of your choices, words and intentions. Those words have been thrown around everywhere in the self-help world and I truly want to shift and explore what it truly means. It should mean something to you. Questions you can reflect on: 1. What does confidence mean to me? 2. When do I feel the most confident? 3. Do I do the things I say I am going to do? 4. Am I doing something I love, even if it was short everyday? 5. Where in my life do I feel lack of confidence and self-worth, what can I do about it? how can I feel connected to myself?
