The Goal: To expand awareness on how emotional support animals can help those who struggle from PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, etc. Who is this episode for: Anyone who has, thinks they may have, or loves someone with PTSD or CPTSD, anxiety, or depression. To greater understand their connection to their support animal, or to encourage thoughts of getting one! Our Doggie has been a true companion and support for me and my son! How did this episode come to be: I never knew I needed or even wanted a dog. But it has been so helpful! I'm going to have to do another one on this in upcoming seasons! I have so much more to say about it!

The Goal: To expose what PTSD looks like from the outside, despite what is happening on the inside. To expose the myth of how PTSD is "suppose to look like" and that a person can be truly suffering on the inside and look "fine" on the outside. It is a fantastic mix of reality and hope. The Goal: To shed some light on misconceptions of PTSD caused by Military Service, and those who don't. Who is this episode for: For those who suffer from PTSD- not caused by military service, and those who love us who do. How did this episode come to be: I had a conversation that made me SO ANGRY, where someone who pretended to care about me, bashed the validity of my story and my truth. SO I decided to use my fire to talk to others who may suffer with misconceptions of their PTSD, and hopefully shine light on this topic for loved ones and the rest of the world!
