Ginny and I talk a little bit about how our brains work and how motivation works. People say losing weight and getting healthy is easy, just eat less and exercise more but there's more to it.
We took some time off at ClubMed in Florida and decided to record a little podcast. We get into some things that have been bothering Ginny and her work life.
In this episode we talk about letting go, even letting go of helping others. Its never a bad thing to help but sometimes your help isn't the best help you can offer others. Apologies for the background noise, we are in the car on our way for another off road jeeping trip!
We took a trip to the Great Sand Dunes of Colorado in our Jeep. It was a 4 hour drive so we decided to do our podcast from the car! It was my, Shane's, birthday too!
