Last week I shared my story about how the years of unmanaged stress from my loved one's addiction caused my cortisol to be chronically elevated. This week I wanted to share some symptoms of chronically elevated cortisol and some tips on how to keep your cortisol regulated. Maybe try incorporating one of these tools a day !
