And when she woke up the next morning, that video had garnered over 6,000,000 views.    And that's when it all changed. After three power outages, we did it. And did we ever. @THEANXIETYMD, on Instagram, Dr. Russ Kennedy, joined me for this unbelievably mind-blowing discussion. Dr. Russ' journey has been nothing short of amazing and inspiring.  Dr. Russ is a neuroscientist. But he has been and is so much more than that.  He was a stand-up comedian who spent time in the green room with the late Bob Saget, did LSD, purposely tore his achilles (sort of), had three wives, left medicine for a spiritual journey in India, plays the guitar, and lived with a parental unit who had schizophrenia and bi-polar who later unfortunately committed suicide.  Dr. Russ' transparency is not only refreshing but necessary not only for his own spiritual healing journey but to be able to pay it forward. After decades of running away from his traumas, wounds, pain and anxiety, he decided to stare his past dead in the face. She joined me, Hoot for this polarizing and powerful episode to discuss her diagnosis and denial of bi-polar disorder to where she is today as an incredibly  inspiring and courageous firestarter, author, mental health leader, speaker, cancer survivor and virago; a true warrior in every sense of the word.
