Leo season is here—but before you go full main character mode, let’s talk about the real energy at play. In this episode, I’m breaking down the cosmic layers of Leo’s heart-led radiance plus the reflection-heavy weight of Mercury, Saturn, Neptune, and Pluto retrogrades. This isn’t just about showing up louder—it’s about showing up truer. We’ll explore how to lead with authenticity, navigate karmic lessons, clear spiritual fog, and do the shadow work while still letting yourself shine. Let me pour you a hot, fresh cup of astro tea, babe. Tune in, and let’s get cosmic.

Mercury Retrograde gets a bad rap these days. But I share some awesome tips to stay grounded and feel accomplished throughout this season and what to watch out for. Be prepared, my friends, and listen in to be ready for the best Mercury Retrograde ever!

Welcome back to another episode of the Heather Namaste Podcast! Thank you so much for tuning in. Today I will be guiding you through a relaxing and nervous system-rejuvenating Yoga Nidra meditation. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. The practice draws our attention inwards, and we learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium (homeostasis) – the breath balances and becomes quiet, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness. Anyone can practice Yoga Nidra, but it has immense appeal for those who struggle to let go (I think many of us have ‘battled’ through meditation at times!). It also has immense value for those suffering from sleep deprivation, trauma, anxiety, or depression (to any degree). It’s also perfect for those who have always been curious about the deep states of meditation they have perhaps read about or stumbled across themselves but have never been able to recreate. Welcome back to the Heather Namaste Podcast my loves! In this episode, I am breaking down the third yoga sutra of the first book, Samadhi Pada given to us by Patanjali from his book, The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. 1:3 Tada Drastuh Svarupe Avasthanam. We will discuss the meaning of this sutra in-depth within this episode. Be prepared to take notes! This first book, Samadhi Pada, is the portion on Contemplation. Samadhi Pada expresses the goal of concentration, as a means of achieving vairāgya (detachment) through abhyasa (practice). Patanjali explains that this is possible only with a balance between effort and letting go. My favorite book on the Yoga Sutras is The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali by Swami Satchidananda Saraswati Share this profound episode with the yogi friends in your life to remind yourself of the true purpose of your practice, to understand your barriers to happiness, to connect with the lineage of yoga, to build a lifelong practice, & to begin to live your yoga off the mat!
