Twin Valley Head Coach Kris Olsen joins us. He comes from a Wing-T background, but has morphed his offense to fit the strengths of his players. While getting creative with formations he kept the staple of the Wing-T, the Buck Sweep. He also talks about how the geographic location of Twin Valley has helped Coach Olsen see a variety of styles of football.

Coach Gerry Yonchiuk of Central York High School joins the show. In 2020 Coach Yonchiuk's team made it all the way to the PIAA Class 6A final. His team utilizes the Air Raid, an offense still new to high school football in PA, but it has made a bit of a surge in the NFL and at the college level. He talks, in detail, about the Air Raid.

Coach Joe Buehler from Lebanon Valley College is on the show today to talk about a popular football play. He talks about the advantages to zone blocking in the run game and goes into specific detail of what they teach at LVC on their Oline and in the offensive backfield with the play.

Jim Monos was the Head Coach at Lebanon Valley College for 23 seasons. He had a lot of experience getting players and coaches organized for practices. He gets into how his practices were organized and also talks about how he chose coaches for his staff and some techniques he used when dealing with disgruntled players and parents.

Todd Rombach is an official with the Capital Area Football Official Association. He is on the show to give an important prospective on our game. Todd talks about how officials are trained, the differences in rules at different levels of the game, things officials look at throughout the course of a game, and he talks about interactions between coaches and officials.
