Denial Doesn't Change The Facts

In this episode, I share the story of a woman who refused to accept a prediabetes diagnosis—saying, "I'm not claiming diabetes"—and later developed full-blown diabetes.  My message to everyone is: just because you deny that something exists doesn't mean it doesn't. A Story About Fear
