In this episode we discuss dopamine. A neurotransmitter in our bodies that is responsible for or has a large role in our wellbeing, health, ability to focus, motivation, attitude, etc. We will talk about some common side effects of low dopamine, ways that we are secretly sabotaging our dopamine levels and thus also sabotaging making progress in all the areas mentioned above and also ways that we can turn the tables and enhance our dopamine levels to improve our outcomes and feeling of wellbeing in life.
