We often expect ourselves to be in a season of full, radiant blossom when our inner temperature is quietly asking for rest or a gentle pruning. In this audio I share a few heart-centered inquiries: * The Quality of Your Soil: What have you been feeding your inner and outer environment lately? What thoughts, habits, or media are you ready to compost? All this affects the quality of your blossoming. And the good news…soil is amendable ;D * Clearing the Clutter: How physical or mental overconsumption might be keeping your nervous system in a state of high-alert, and how to gently let it go. * The Sovereign Mantra: Settling into the deep somatic safety of the phrase, “I have everything I need to thrive.” What if that was true? What if instead of filling the void with stuff…what if for a moment, for a day you allowed yourself to settle into this truth? It’s the same thing as seeking outside guidance…you can glean wisdom from your OWN SOUL instead of expecting it from the outside. How can we be content and feel enough with what we have? Be gentle and compassionate with yourself. Even the smallest yes or no can change the course of your reality.
