Navigating Life Changes as Immigrants

Have you ever felt like 6 months lasted 84 years? 👵 It’s been only 6 months since our last episode but everything changed. Life updates: Paola had her world turned upside down by the arrival of the cutest baby ever. Naira turned her world upside down by moving to Portugal with 2 cute kids under 5. It has been crazy but the constant thing for both of us is the saudade (longing) to resume our podcast activities. It hasn’t been for lack of trying. It’s kind of a marathon to balance all of our plates but because we know you probably are going through life changes too (the only constant is change) we carved some time to record one episode in which we talked about what helped, what didn’t help in these chaotic times. We really want to keep recording BUT we might be too ambitious (not to say delusional 😅) to come back full force yet.
