How does someone forget to breathe? I asked myself that same question, until the Lord humbled me. Life happens. But how are we reacting to it not only emotionally and spiritually  but physically and internally? Sometimes God places constant reminders in your life to take care of yourself. I pray we take those signs and reminders into consideration and do our parts. Tune in to hear about my reminders from God!
