Reflecting on what's going on with your life and yourself helps keep life from getting too boring or painful. When you talk to yourself, see where you are, what you're doing, and where you're headed. It helps you not be in situations or relationships where you don't want to be in, lets you see whether you are closer to who you want to be or where you want to go. It just is better for you. Think about it. At least you're not going to be living the same life over and over again. Keep moving forward. In this episode, there are a few PROs and CONs stated as well as how to go about reflecting. One thing I forgot to mention is Meditation. In which let me tell you, it is not for everyone. Whichever one works for you! Hopefully you start making your life a little bit better. One day at a time.
