Dakota started training in combat sports from a very young age under her mum, Lisa Howarth, a former world champion. At 17 she was fighting A class in Muay Thai, against opponents much more experienced than her at the pro level. She is now a professional MMA fighter and has a flawless record at the pro level, showcasing her superior stand up.
