Adrian earned his bachelor’s degree in biological science and master’s degree in educational leadership and foundations from the University of Texas at El Paso.  He also has a Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction from New Mexico State University.  Adrian is committed to educational equity, making him a powerful advocate for students, particularly those from underserved communities.
