This Podcast is made for you Gentleman. The guy who has it all but feels like he has nothing (and who got it quickly). The business, the career, the toys, the fun, the pleasure, the family. WHATEVER it was you wanted SO bad you wanted it more than you could BREATHE has officially taken your breath away. Abundance isn’t a state of SUCCESS, it’s a realization that what you have around you is ENOUGH. It’s contentment with what you have and the MORE that inevitably follows. It’s not about accumulation and completion. It’s about HONORING the harvest & learning to digest your success in a healthy, sustainable way. This podcast episode was created to help navigate the dangerous waters of Abundance Syndrome, mainly being consious not to make SCARCITY out of ABUNDANCE and work to keep yourself LEVEL amidst the rising Success &  Over the top lifestyles so many of you live and find yourself wondering “What was the point?”. This epiosde was inspired by the countless clients and men I have talked to on the subject and this Poem that was the foundation of this episode. Showered in Praise. Lost in a maze. DO I deserve this wealth I made? It came so quick, my success so tall. What to do now that I have it all. More things? More pleasure? More Money? More toys? I have everything I want, except my Joy. The fire within me is slowly fading. Maybe “SUCCESS” is worth the waiting? I thought with these things I would be a new ME! Now I feel I traded them for my AUTHENTICITY. I have everything and nothing all at once. Emptiness setting in I’m lost in the sauce. My Dreams, My Vision I have it all. I see now too much abundance is like none at all. Read this and re-read this. Listen to the Podcast as many times as you need to and then stop, feel into yourself and hit the reflection questions to walk out of this with new clarity on how to find cintentment in your life and TRULY accept the Abundance you have. Reflection Questions / Exercise: 1. Take some time to categorize the different areas of your life and draw / write out what you have. You'll see it's much more than you think... (Family, Friends, $$$, Career, Breath, Cells, Existence. Go as big or as small as you want but LOOK DEEPER into the truth instead of making up stories that keep you in a state of desperation. This will help with the reflection questions below! 2. Where in my life am I OVERLY ABUNDANT. Too much and too much emphasis on not having enough & WHY?! (Making Scarcity out of Abundance) 3. What is the REALITY of the situation? How much do I really have and Why is  /  isn’t it enough? 4. What would being CONTENT with what I have feel like and how would that impact me in a positve way? 5. With some space cleared up, in this moment what do I actually desire? What do I want MORE than the ABUNDANCE I was chasing and realized I had?! 6. How do I remain conscious of this and build my life around more AWARENESS of my REAL position? Living a Life of Purpose: Where Your Talents Meet the World

The purpose of todays podcast episode is to expand on a little piece of awareness we uncovered in the journey to journaling prompt this morning!!! For me I have found one of the areas of inspiration within myself is where my talents in communication and the worlds need for open communication meet! It is here I have found major purpose in life. A place where the work I do is rewarding personally and professionally (freedom to express), I can charge and create whatever I want (freedom financially) and I know each person I get to connect with leaves the experience a more present, peaceful and powerful person. To me this is the sweet spot and I want to help you find yours!!! Reflection Questions: 1. What inspires you about yourself and why?! 2. What is your greatest talent (s) & where does the world need them and why?! Really take the time to reflect on this and I think you'll find a sweet spot that you can build upon! Remember, your talent and the world are two points colliding into one another!!! It's your job to make the bridge and find the courage to bring your sauce into the world!!!
