Williams is also a founder of Valence Decision Solutions, where his work centers on governing material enterprise risk outcomes through the Trivalent Decision Support System (3VDSS). 3VDSS enables governing bodies to make explicit, defensible decisions about exposure, tradeoffs, and risk acceptance under uncertainty. He serves as a board director and advisor, is a frequent keynote speaker, and is a published author on risk governance and executive accountability.
