Learning Torah with Rabbi Sariel Malitzky
Many young men and women return from their year in Eretz Yisrael wanting to take on new chumros. What happens when a parent objects and tells their child not to adopt a particular chumra? The child feels strongly that the chumra is meaningful and will help them grow in their avodas Hashem. Must they listen to their parent, or may they nevertheless choose to adopt the chumra?
