Let's Have a Good Week: 5.25.26

Theme of This Week: Eyes on the Horizon 📌Think of it this way: It’s an intense week and we all need to remember that squares and squeezes lead to lasting change. ♊️ Energies this Week May 25 - Sun square Nodes, Mars square Pluto, Sun Trine Pluto May 26 - Grand Air Trine May 28 - Venus square Saturn May 31 - Full Moon in Sagittarius 💫 Integrating these Energies in Real Life: This is going to be a week of squeezes and pushes. When I coach people I remind them not to fear the hard stuff, but instead to see it as information they can use to inform their future. I know it’s not always that easy, but the wheel of life is always turning and this year is particularly busy. There is no escaping change, and that isn’t a bad thing. This week things are heating up again - we rarely get a reprieve this year - and June is going to be a busy month that brings us into a very busy summer. May is going to go out with a roar and that’s okay. Let it be a big month and know that we’re all being set up for change, growth, and excitement ahead. Theme of This Week: Soak it up 📌Think of it this way: This is a week with a lot of beneficial alignments. Get excited for it and the new moon that caps it all off next weekend! ♉️ Energies this Week May 13 – Mercury sextile Jupiter May 14 – Sun conjunct Mercury (Cazimi) May 16 – New moon in Taurus, Mars conjunct Chiron May 17 – Mercury moves into Gemini, Mercury conjunct Uranus 💫 Integrating these Energies in Real Life: I love this week. It starts off with a glow from the Sun sextile Jupiter on Sunday. This energy sets the tone for an exciting week ahead. A lot of this week will center around communication with Mercury in the mix. It’s going to ping a lot of planets and the reverberations will be felt by all. Take this as guidance to use the week to communicate what you’d like, what you want, and where you want to go. Put values into motion through words, and make words part of your action. Equally as important, read a lot and take in as much as you can. Knowledge is power. This is new era is about witnessing the tall structures we’ve built that have elevated a chosen few fall the pieces. The rebuilding won’t be about building another tower. Instead, it will be about rebuilding intentional communities so we all work more like bees in a hive than serfs to people on pedestals. The new moon at the end of the week is a real line in the sand. After a tumultuous first few months of 2026, we are landing on stable ground as individuals. Taurus is an Earth sign and it’s really time to keep seeding and tending to our gardens now and through November. Remember, seeding can be anything from what we want to grow, what we want to accomplish, what we want to do for ourselves, and more. It’s about growing things for the long term, not trying bring a vision board to life. Do note, this also means we’ll also be leaving the fire energy of Aries and having to begin to acknowledge the consequences of the actions taken during this time. World astrology is different than personal astrology, but there are parallels. Continue to focus on empowering yourself to create the future you seek and your own intentional communities. This is the new era and it will take a long time for it to form from what is falling. There is more to come in July and August, but we will save that for future podcasts! 🎯 4 Things to Focus on This Week: 1️⃣ Communicate: Get out into the world with your words and use them to build the next steps you seek. 2️⃣ Read: Take in all the knowledge and input you can, using curiosity and discernment as you go. 3️⃣ Move: This energy will move and feel good. Keep up your pace and move throughout the whole week with your eyes on the horizon. 4️⃣ Certainty: We are firmly in the new era now and it’s time to use this energy to your benefit. Theme of This Week: Stay steady 📌Think of it this way: We start off the week with two big squares, then Pluto stations retrograde, and then Sunday brings us one of the luckiest days of the month. Some weeks are like this and it’s nothing to be wary of, just know you might have to stay nimble. ♉️ Energies this Week May 4 – Mars squares Jupiter May 5 – Mercury squares Pluto May 6 – Pluto goes retrograde May 10 – Sun sextiles Jupiter In Kabbalah we’re still in the period called the Omar, which is all about rebuilding your vessel to hold more light and energy. In this time we might be confronted with temptations from our old belief system and we’re going to have to choose not to go backwards, only forwards. Can we all feel the examples? I can! 💫 Integrating these Energies in Real Life: This week begins with some pressure, some squeezes, and ends on a high. In the middle Pluto goes retrograde, which usually reflects the themes of this planet going inward for a while. Pluto is so far out in our solar system, I don’t think we’ll feel this too much. I think it will be more about the themes of transformation downshifting a little bit. This is a week to stay nimble and keep your eyes open for opportunities for growth, moments you to have draw boundaries, and let the luck come in too. This might be a good time to revisit the idea of creating your own luck, because May is a brighter month for these lucky moments. I’m a little less stressed about reporting on this month than I was in April. There was just so much intensity last month and I didn’t want to lead anyone astray or fearmonger. The reality is the world is changing, the petrodollar is collapsing, and we’re all beginning to see how intentional communities are the way forward in our world. This isn’t about upending who are you and what you do, but the inner work on knowing who you are and achieving individuation and then walking more confidently in yourself is essential. Allow the Uranus in Gemini transit to rewire both your internal and external world. 🎯 4 Things to Focus on This Week: 1️⃣ Grow: Remember a square = squeeze = growth. Just let it happen. It may be more external or more internal. Either way, accept and let it happen. 2️⃣ Rewire: Consider this an overarching theme for the next 7 years. 3️⃣ Create Your Own Luck: Luck isn’t about a genie in a bottle. It’s about taking the action towards what you want and trusting the outcome will arrive. 4️⃣ Trust: Keep building towards where you want to be by late summer. The energy is funneling us all in this direction and we’ll be happy we put in the work now as the era continues to shift. Trust yourself and be well. Let’s have a good week! Let's Have a Good Month: May 2026

How are we all feeling now that April has come to a close? A little wind-whipped? Yeah, me too. April was never going to be an easy month. Game-changers months rarely all. Even thought it doesn’t mean it was bad, it was likely very fast and a lot to process. In my world, I’ve been working hard on my SOUL portal, which I intend to launch by the end of this month. It’s built around my four coaching pillars; * Know Who You Are * Know What You Want * Know How You Want to Live * Bring it to Fruition I’m excited to share this but working on it has been a lot. I’m constantly dancing between racing to get it done, but being forced to metabolize information and let it form naturally. There’s a lot of tension in this process - but it’s necessary! This month will be a little lighter, a little breezier, but not because less is happening. We’ll be doing plenty of square dancing, Uranus will throw in a few twists, and there are TWO full-moons. However, it won’t be quite as intense as the fire heat of Aries season. The whole purpose of this podcasts is to remind you of your abilities so you can navigate life and make yours as meaning and fulfilling as possible. I use the data provided by astrology and my spiritual teachers to give you the context of the larger energies at play so you understand the broader themes in our world. These themes from the macro are always reflected in the micro. As a coach who helps people focus on their future, I’m always studying what’s ahead so I can prepare people to harness these energies effectively instead of feel they’re at the mercy of them. This doesn’t mean we have complete control over our future, but it means we can use our power in the present to shape the lives we love and trust the Universe will work with us. As of next month, this workbook will be available on SOUL. I’ll be using this portal as my living library, and yes, there will be a lot of great content that’s constantly updated for only $15/mo.
