Life, Lunges and Lattes
For years, I thought my confidence came from what I could accomplish. Losing weight. Setting powerlifting records. Building a business. Being the "disciplined" one. Every achievement gave me confidence... until life changed. Motherhood, changing priorities, exhaustion, and seasons where I simply couldn't perform the way I used to forced me to ask a much deeper question: Who am I when I'm not achieving? In this episode, I'm sharing the extremes I've lived through, how I unknowingly tied my identity to performance, and why that left me feeling shaken whenever my circumstances changed. We'll talk about: * Why achievement-based confidence is so fragile * The identity trap so many high-achieving women fall into * How motherhood challenged everything I thought I knew about myself * The difference between your character and your accomplishments * How to build an identity that isn't dependent on your weight, your workouts, your career, or anyone else's validation If you've ever felt like your confidence disappears the second you "fall off track," this conversation is for you. Because your worth isn't something you earn through performance. And the most unshakeable confidence comes from knowing who you are, regardless of what season you're in.
