Descripción

In this episode I start to discuss immunity, and how and why our immune systems may act certain ways. I touch on how to fuel the gut for optimal brain health and immune function. There is so much more to discuss on the topic, but we also chat stress -- what it is and what it does to our body and how to help combat stress. Thank you again for listening and please rate/review and share the episode with a friend! So happy to be getting back into recording regularly, xoxo Hannah ---------------------------------------- Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy [https://acast.com/privacy] for more information.

episode Weird dreams and O.J's injustices artwork

Weird dreams and O.J's injustices

This ones a ramble from chatting new discoveries to questions for Americans like why the hell you wear their shoes inside?? I also bring up dreaming and wonder if you remember your dreams and if so do you keep track of 'em or look up their meanings? Are they vivid or confusing cause mine have been nuts lately. Do you separate your clothes when washing them, like whites and colours? And have you ever heard of the Unity Effect? Trigger Warning: I also bring up the O.J. Simpson trials and my thoughts and opinions on the end result but not too in depth because I do recommend watching the Netflix documentary series or even podcasts on the topic. episode Why we "KNOCK ON WOOD!!" & the chaos of child acting artwork

Why we "KNOCK ON WOOD!!" & the chaos of child acting

Join me this week with a chat on social anxiety and the on-going stress of job interviews and job hunting now that I've graduated with my Bachelor's. I am a little bit all over the place in this one I can't lie, but the process of podcasting is trial and error and I'm trying that's for sure! I start out with some random points and thoughts from why we say knock on wood when we this we jinx something, to my podcasting equipment and edits. In this episode I also give a bit of my thoughts on child actors and how absolutely amazing the idea is that someone so young can be doing and saying and even acting things out all while still learning the basics of life, like it almost doesn't make sense to me??? I finish the episode off with some motivation to find more fun in your life, and yes everyday! Do something scary or spontaneous or something that makes you feel like a kid, because name a better feeling than just smiling, laughing and having so much fun you can't stop. Bring joy to your life because it makes the bad times fly and the good times linger <3 Thank you for listening, feel free to share with your friends, rate the podcast (5 stars of course;)) and set up your notifications to make sure you're always in the know for the latest episodes.
