Amiga, toss out that basket! Exploring ways to navigate through abandonment and feelings of rejection

Welcome back Bella to a brand NEW episode! Listen Bella, have you ever felt left behind by an important person in your life? Do you feel overwhelmed by the feelings of shock, hurt and betrayal because someone you deeply cared for is suddenly gone and has moved on? Did someone just "ghost" you and you find yourself questioning your value and worth? Did a special relationship suddenly come to an end?  In this episode, I cover what abandonment can look like, how it affects us and ways to cope with feeling rejected, excluded and left behind. Let me tell you who God says you are, not the feelings of rejection or the person who rejected you.  For a long time, I let the feelings left behind by the people who rejected me dictate my identity. That changed when I decided to toss out the basket the abandonment left behind.
