What is bringing me energy? What isn't? Let's do more of the things that make us happy and energized! But first we have to discover and uncover the things that make us feel this way. Do a little self digging and get in tune with your mind/body/soul connection. Life is short, so let's live it up for real. I am obsessed with habit stacking, especially with the things that don't excite me but must be done (cleaning). Life is expensive these days! We need to stick together and share the small simple and affordable ways to still make our lives feel luxurious and full.
