Episode 1 - A Little About Me

I have had it on my heart for awhile to start a podcast.  I feel like I have so many tips and tricks I have learned through the years about health and fitness and I feel like this is a great way to cheer everyone on from afar!  I also love talking business.  I have spent the last few years learning and growing in the network marketing industry and learning to scale a business on social media, and I can can't wait to share those tips and tricks too! Most importantly though I want a platform where OTHER people can share their stories. I LOVE listening to stories.  I LOVE learning about stories.  I feel like everyone has an important story to share if they are willing, it can help other people.
