7- Why Your Prenatal Might Be Working Against You

In this episode, KP dives into prenatals and why most prenatals on the market are making women feel worse symptom-wise. Femininity, postpartum depression, mental health, MTHFR, methylation issues, and minerals are all discussed in this episode as well. KP also dives into the male vs female aspect of mineral balancing and HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) testing and how we should be looking at minerals for women in any season of life through a feminine lens (feminine minerals vs masculine minerals).
